Room Rates Range from $125 - $145 Creekside Garden Room (Double bed) - $125 plus tax Dogwood Room (Double bed) - $125 plus tax Orchard Room (2 Twin beds or 1 King bed) - $145 plus tax Mountain View Room (King bed) - $145 plus tax Creekside Victorian Rose Room (King bed) - $145 plus tax Mountain View Chalet - $125 per night; for two additional guests 25. The Chalet Features a Queen bed and a Queen Futon Bed. Also a full Kitchen with all pots and pans coffee maker, grinder, all linens, bath with shower. Walk to everything Hot Springs has to offer. Out the double french doors is a wonderful Mountain Views off the deck. Breakfast is additional $10.50 per person. Rates: All rooms: Rates are based on double occupancy. Extra person: $25 Rates are subject to change without notice. Inn guests: rates include a full breakfast. Breakfast for outside guests - $12. A combined 12% room and sales tax will be added to the final bill at time of check-out. Weekends are a two night minimum and Holidays are a three night minimum. Because of our small size and remote location cancellations can impact us significantly. If you must cancel we will only refund your deposit in full with a 10 day notice prior to your arrival. There are no refunds for early check outs. Payment: Cash or Check, no credit cards. Catering: Weddings/Retreats, Family Gatherings Check in after 2:00 p.m. Check out 11:00 a.m.
